The Pyle Center Exhibition

I have 42 mostly plein air paintings on the first floor of The Pyle Center UW Conference Center, 702 Langdon Street, Madison. These paintings are a collection of my daily experiences from the past few years. The exhibition will be on display until Friday, December 20, 2024.

Gallery hours Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Open weekends if there is an event in the building. Closed holidays. Call the front desk for information 608.262.1122.

Miller Art Museum Exhibition

My painting Rock Carvings was selected for the 49th Juried Annual Exhibition at the Miller Art Museum in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The exhibition runs until Saturday, November 9, 2024. The museum is located on the first floor of the Door County Library, 107 S 4th Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Museum hours are Monday 10 am – 7 pm. Tuesday – Saturday 10 am – 5 pm. Closed Sunday.

Blue Harbor Resort Exhibition

Mu painting Snow Laden is in a new exhibit at Blue Harbor Resort showcasing over a dozen Sheboygan County artists featuring art with a winter theme. This art is all available for purchase through The Boutique during business hours. This Sheboygan Visual Artists exhibit at Blue Harbor Resort will be on display through the winter months and is located just off the main lobby to the right of the front desk.

Wisconsin Maritime Museum Tiny Art Show

My wife Jane and I each have five paintings in the show. The Lakeshore Artists Guild in partnership with the Wisconsin Maritime Museum presents the annual Tiny Art Show!  Each work of art cannot exceed 6 inches in size, and features a variety of media, styles, and concepts. The paintings will be on display until January 5, 2025.

I have over forty paintings at Plum Bottom Gallery. The Gallery is located at four locations: 4999 Plum Bottom Road and 7813 State Highway 42 in Egg Harbor; 4175 Main Street, Fish Creek; and 231 N. 3rd Avenue, Sturgeon Bay. The Plum Bottom Road gallery is nestled in twenty acres among perennial gardens, woods, and prairie and has become a Door County art destination. A second gallery is located in the heart of Egg Harbor village and features views of Green Bay in a 120 year-old homestead. The Fish Creek gallery is located next door to Hide Side Corner Store on Highway 42 and Main Street in Founder’s Square. The new gallery in Sturgeon Bay has a large open space with 12-foot ceilings to showcase larger contemporary paintings and sculptures.

Plein Air Day Celebration on July 20 from 9 am to 11 am I will be painting en plein air outside Plum Bottom Gallery at 4175 Main Street, Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Then from noon to 3 pm artists will be painting outside on their 20 acres at the 4999 Plum Bottom Road location outside of Egg Harbor. Come learn why we are so passionate about painting on location. The public is invited to join us to paint or just watch us paint.
